A little about me:

I have personal been weightlifting for 6 years finding what works and does not work for healthy muscle growth and being a labor and delivery/NICU nurse has taught me what mothers need to support their body postpartum and beyond. I have also specialized in patient education as a home health nurse for the past 3 and a half years so educating patients and people is my passion.
